We’re excited to have been asked to join the ‘Youth Climate Takeover’ in London on 14th September, this event aims to rally support and awareness ahead of the UN Climate Action Summit in New York on 23rd September. This is an event for people aged 11-26, please get in touch if you would like to join us: kirstyp@quaker.org.uk

Past events:

One stormy day in mid-August the youth project met at the Watershed to see ‘Blinded by the Light’. Young people enjoyed the film – some sang along to the Bruce Springstein soundtrack and all were inspired by the main character Javed who found the courage pursue his dreams and express himself in his own unique voice despite all the odds. We’re looking forward to getting back together as a bigger group again when young people get back from summer holidays away.
