As part of the review of our Safeguarding Policy and Practices we are offering Safeguarding Training for Quakers in Bristol Quaker that would benefit from a clear understanding of Safeguarding. The focus will be Safeguarding for Adults. There are 40 places available.
This is particularly for:
• Pastoral Support friends
• Elders
• DBS Verifier
• AM Trustees
• AM Safeguarding Coordinator Trustee & Deputies
• Staff who frequently interact directly with Quakers or users of meeting houses
However, any interested Bristol Quaker is welcome to apply.
The training is on-line via zoom, and you will need a computer to work on.
